George Henry b:1858 Was a mariner on the big yachts and his sons were in the shipbuilding yards at Wivenhoe. Harry was blind in one eye.

Thanks John, trying to work out the relationship as my gt grand mother, Ruth Mary Cook, 1879- 1955, was the daughter of George Cook, b. 1832 and his second wife Eliza Jane Ridgley, 1839-1918. Ruth and George Henry, b. 1858 would have been half siblings, so she would have been the " aunt " of George Henry b. 1885.
