It all happens in the Solomon Islands


M.V. Baruku built at James .W.Cook Wivenhoe for the Solomon Islands.  The top photo shows her on trials in the river colne.  The bottom picture taken a few weeks ago shows her ashore on the rocks  in the Solomon Islands after her prop shaft fractured.  If there is anyone out there who worked on the boat her new owner would love to here from you. you can contact him in the Solomon Islands.

 The distressed vessel is Mv Baruku. She was never saved or rescued ..
