Graffiti is not that new.

A view of the High Street,the early 1900's.  On the left is the Greyhound pub. if you look to right you can see some Political graffiti, i think it refers to Liberal, levy lever who stood for Parliament, in 1906. The election headquarters were at the White house next to the Post Office.
